1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the VoxDraft application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

VoxDraft is operated by VoxDraft Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VoxDraft Ltd.

2. Description of Service

VoxDraft is a voice note application that uses artificial intelligence to convert speech to formatted text. The App provides various output formats including summaries, emails, to-do lists, meeting notes, and blog drafts. The service uses OpenAI's Whisper technology for speech recognition and GPT-4o-mini for text formatting.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Free Tier

VoxDraft offers a free tier with limited features: 5 voice notes per day, maximum 2-minute recording length, and access to all output formats.

3.2 VoxDraft Pro Subscription

VoxDraft Pro is available as:

• Monthly subscription: £4.99/month
• Annual subscription: £39.99/year (equivalent to £3.33/month)
• Lifetime purchase: £79.99 one-time payment

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → VoxDraft → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → VoxDraft → Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until then.

3.5 Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies:

• Apple: Request a refund from Apple
• Google: Request a refund from Google Play

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VoxDraft only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Record conversations without the consent of all parties where required by law
• Use the App to process, store, or transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
• Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: VoxDraft uses artificial intelligence (specifically OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini) to process and format your transcribed text. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
• The App does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use
• AI-generated emails, meeting notes, or other outputs should be reviewed before sending or sharing
• VoxDraft is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content
• The AI may occasionally misinterpret context, tone, or intent of your voice recordings

6. Intellectual Property

The VoxDraft App, including its code, design, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by VoxDraft Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You retain ownership of all content you create using the App, including your voice recordings and the resulting text outputs. By using the App, you grant VoxDraft a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• VoxDraft is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement

IN NO EVENT SHALL VOXDRAFT LTD BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any damages exceeding the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoxDraft Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will cease immediately
• You may request deletion of your account and data (see our Delete Account page)
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or sending you an email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. However, this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
