Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VoxDraft ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

VoxDraft is a mobile application that records voice notes, transcribes them using AI, and reformats the text into various output formats including emails, to-do lists, meeting notes, summaries, and blog drafts.

Account Registration

You may use basic features without an account. To save notes, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Free and Paid Plans

VoxDraft offers a free tier with daily usage limits and a paid Pro subscription with expanded features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings at any time.

Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VoxDraft to:

Record conversations without the consent of all parties where required by law. Transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App. Use the service to generate spam, phishing content, or misleading communications. Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to circumvent free tier restrictions.

Intellectual Property

The text output generated by VoxDraft from your voice recordings belongs to you. You retain full ownership of your content. VoxDraft and its associated branding, design, and code remain the intellectual property of VoxDraft.

AI Processing Disclaimer

VoxDraft uses AI services (OpenAI) to transcribe and reformat your recordings. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated text may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use, particularly for professional, legal, or medical communications.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App requires an internet connection for voice processing. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

Limitation of Liability

VoxDraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxDraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your saved data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
